• Provide and maintain the Zhenfy service

3. Third-Party Services

Zhenfy uses third-party services to operate. Your data may be processed by:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure and data storage
• AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic via AWS Bedrock) — to process agent requests
• Google reCAPTCHA — to prevent abuse during signup

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Site Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication (login session tokens). These are HTTP-only cookies that cannot be accessed by JavaScript. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Analytics on published sites.Websites built and published with Zhenfy One include privacy-friendly visitor analytics for the site owner. When someone visits a published site we record the page path, referrer, and a randomly-generated visitor identifier stored in that visitor's browser (localStorage, not a cookie). We do not collect names, emails, or other personal information from visitors, and we do not track visitors across different sites. This aggregate data is available to the owner of the site.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page, which will remove your personal data. Anonymized usage logs may be retained for service improvement.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Change your email address or password
• Export your agent configurations
